Step by Step Process

process1
1. Compressors are completely disassembled and all sub-assembles are completely taken down to their component parts.
process2
2. All compressors are baked in our environmentally friendly cleaning process.
process3
3. Compressors are further cleaned with a blast process to remove any scale or corrosion.
process4
4. Finished compressors & sub-assemblies are cleaned and ready for inspection and assembly.
process5
5. Cylinders are cleaned, checked and honed to be returned back to O.E.M requirements
process6
6. All crankshafts are checked to be sure they meet O.E.M specifications.
process7
7. All bearings, gaskets, piston rings, suction and discharge valves are always replaced with new parts.
process8
8. Sub-assemblies are constructed and torqued prior to going to the line.
process9
9. Stator irons are tested, then new hermetic insulation and magnet wire is installed and performance tested.
process10
10. Compressors are assembled by craftsman using the O.E.M specs.
process11
11. All compressors on the assembly line are inspected by supervisory personnel.
process12
12. All compressors are torqued to O.E.M requirements.
process13
13. All compressors are fully load tested to check capacity, oil pressure, a.M.P. Draw, vibration and valve seating.
process14
14. All compressors are painted using an electrostatic paint process to insure a quality finish.
process15
15. All compressors are leaked checked and charged with dry nitrogen.
process16
16. Every compressors is packed with start-up instructions and gaskets.
process17
17. Compressors are skidded and boxed to protect them during shipment-we carry a large inventory of finished compressors in stock for quick exchange.
process18
18. Compressors are ready to be shipped anywhere in North America.
