Process Step by Step Process 1. Compressors are completely disassembled and all sub-assembles are completely taken down to their component parts. 2. All compressors are baked in our environmentally friendly cleaning process. 3. Compressors are further cleaned with a blast process to remove any scale or corrosion. 4. Finished compressors & sub-assemblies are cleaned and ready for inspection and assembly. 5. Cylinders are cleaned, checked and honed to be returned back to O.E.M requirements 6. All crankshafts are checked to be sure they meet O.E.M specifications. 7. All bearings, gaskets, piston rings, suction and discharge valves are always replaced with new parts. 8. Sub-assemblies are constructed and torqued prior to going to the line. 9. Stator irons are tested, then new hermetic insulation and magnet wire is installed and performance tested. 10. Compressors are assembled by craftsman using the O.E.M specs. 11. All compressors on the assembly line are inspected by supervisory personnel. 12. All compressors are torqued to O.E.M requirements. 13. All compressors are fully load tested to check capacity, oil pressure, a.M.P. Draw, vibration and valve seating. 14. All compressors are painted using an electrostatic paint process to insure a quality finish. 15. All compressors are leaked checked and charged with dry nitrogen. 16. Every compressors is packed with start-up instructions and gaskets. 17. Compressors are skidded and boxed to protect them during shipment-we carry a large inventory of finished compressors in stock for quick exchange. 18. Compressors are ready to be shipped anywhere in North America.
